The renovated Lobby Bar, on the ground floor next to the lobby, is a true “urban oasis” with dynamic floral patterns and an earthy color palette that brings a touch of chic naturalism to the center of Athens.
Especially for the nights of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, executive chef Babis Kountouris has created special menus that capture his own, “fine comfort” approach to contemporary gastronomy: fresh lobster lasagna, timeless Chateaubriand, but also sea bass fillet with orange powder, and celery root velouté with oscietra caviar are just some of the flavors that guests will enjoy on the eve at NEW Hotel. All this, to the sounds of live DJ music that will set the rhythm for the most special days and nights of the year.
