After the late Holy Saturday celebrations, savour a traditional dinner menu with delicious Greek specialties prepared especially on this day at the GB Roof Garden restaurant on the 8th floor of the Hotel Grande Bretagne.
Chef de Cuisine Nikos Liokas welcomes guests with traditional magiritsa and local appetizers, followed by a duet of lamb cutlet with lemon and oregano and charcoal-grilled seftalia served with yogurt and oven-roasted potatoes. For dessert, Pastry Chef Alexandros Koufas presents a fragrant orange pie with orange blossom, orange jelly with curry cream and Madagascar vanilla sorbet.
