Hilton today announces the signing of Conrad Corfu, following a franchise agreement with the Troulis family, owners of the property.
Scheduled to open at the start of the summer 2026 season, this new luxury resort will feature 136 rooms, suites, and villas, a 200-meter private beach, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools. Managed by Numo Hotels & Resorts, the property will also include an impressive Aqua Piazza water feature, landscaped gardens, three restaurants, two bars, a fully equipped spa and wellness center, an open-air cinema, and a Kids Club — designed in collaboration with Worldwide Kids and inspired by treehouses.
Located in the southern part of Corfu, Conrad Corfu combines elegance with the island’s natural beauty. It joins Hilton’s global portfolio of more than 40 Conrad Hotels & Resorts, offering authentic and distinctive experiences of harmony and discreet luxury, reflecting the brand’s values of bold design, culinary excellence, and hospitality that leaves lasting impressions.
Design & Accommodation
Spacious, light-filled rooms — many with private heated pools, jacuzzis, or direct access to the Aqua Piazza — embody bold architecture paired with earthy tones of terracotta, stone, and green. Among the highlights is a 280 sq.m. beachfront villa with four bedrooms and a striking outdoor terrace, designed by Sophie Deloudi, who also created the fabrics for the main pool and the uniforms for the beachside restaurants and bars.
Wellness & Recreation
Recreational facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym, two tennis courts, and an open-air cinema. The Conrad Spa will feature five treatment rooms, including a couple’s suite with private sauna and hammam. Guests will enjoy personalized treatments, beauty services, and holistic rituals such as infrared sauna and snow shower. Wellness programs will also include yoga, pilates, and TRX.
Gastronomy
Dining options will highlight culinary excellence, led by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, owner of CTC restaurant. Known for his creative approach blending Greek tradition with contemporary flavors, Tsiotinis will craft a new signature dining experience in a stunning seaside setting. The resort will also host an all-day dining venue, a beachfront restaurant and cocktail bar, an indoor lounge, a Kids Club, and a conference hall.
Art & Culture
Guests will discover a curated art program by Nikos Paleologos, Creative Director of Saint of Athens, featuring works from leading Greek artists such as Gerasimos Chatzis, Kostis Velonis, Philippos Theodoridis, Antonios Fikos, Magneto, Paolo Incarnato, H.O.P.E., Natalia Manta, among others — placing the resort in dialogue with Corfu’s multifaceted history. Experiences will include thematic walks, gastronomy workshops, and gallery visits.
