Don Julio Tequila: Between Two Seas
World Class Greece Winner 2025, Nora Koufou, introduces the concept Between Two Seas, inspired by her hometown of Messolonghi and Mexico, birthplace of Don Julio tequila. Two unique interpretations of the classic Don Julio Paloma – The Far Shore and Of the Lagoon – showcase the cultural dialogue between Greek and Mexican traditions.
The journey continues with the Paloma Atelier – Local Edition, featuring an immersive salt-harvesting experience from Messolonghi, and a hands-on workshop where guests can craft their own Paloma using artisanal salts from Salt Odyssey.
At Mi Casa Su Casa, the ultra-premium Don Julio 1942 takes center stage in an intimate tasting guided by brand ambassadors.
