Full Moon Sleepover 2025: A Summer Night of Mystery and Magic at the Stavros Niarchos Park
This summer, the Full Moon Sleepover returns for its third year at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), with the support of Aperol. On Thursday, July 10, during the enchanting Full Moon of the Red Deer, Stavros Niarchos Park stays up all night and invites visitors to experience an extraordinary evening under the stars.
From dusk till dawn, guests can immerse themselves in an all-night movie marathon, a vibrant silent disco, mystery games, moonlit kayak rides, meditation and yoga sessions, and a host of other activities. All you need to bring is a sleeping bag, mosquito repellent, and a love for sleepless summer adventures — because everything else is free of charge!
Movie Marathon Until Dawn
From 21:30 | Great Lawn, Stavros Niarchos Park
In collaboration with the 15th Athens Open Air Film Festival, the Great Lawn transforms into a cinematic crime scene, inviting audiences to become detectives for a night. This year’s “Whodunnit” marathon features films full of twists, secrets, and suspense — from timeless classics that would impress Agatha Christie to witty modern thrillers. Viewers are encouraged to solve the mystery before the final credits roll.

Kayak Under the Moonlight

Glide across the SNFCC’s iconic Canal beneath the full moon’s glow. This magical kayak experience is open to adults and children aged 10+. (Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.)
