The series debuts on May 28, hosting Navitas Winery. For this special collaboration, chef Kostas Galanopoulos has created a menu paired with three distinct Navitas wine labels, each accompanying a different course. On this evening, flavor and wine will “converse” in perfect balance and finesse. The pairings are carefully crafted to highlight the unique character of each wine, offering a tasting experience that reflects the shared philosophy of IT+ and Navitas Winery: authenticity, freshness, and a forward-thinking approach that honors quality.
