The interiors unfold in soft, earthy tones, with clean lines and tactile materials shaping an environment that feels both familiar and quietly refined.
At its core lies a kitchen guided by a contemporary Mediterranean–Asian fusion approach, where Mediterranean ingredients meet techniques and nuances drawn from Asian culinary traditions. Head Chef Hector Trakasopoulos, whose experience spans Greece and abroad, crafts a menu defined by clarity, balance, and restraint, allowing flavor to take precedence without excess.
Equal attention is given to the wine program, conceived as an integral part of the overall experience. Curated by Manager & Sommelier Dimitris Zacharias, whose career includes leading roles in restaurants and hotels in Greece and internationally, the list is both extensive and evolving. With a clear emphasis on the Greek vineyard, it aims to highlight producers through carefully selected partnerships, while the suggested pairings are designed to engage meaningfully with the cuisine.
