The new summer menu enhances the fine dining journey with dishes that pay tribute to Mediterranean creativity. From the refreshing Green Twenty Salad with citrus fruits and chamomile vinaigrette, to the reimagined traditional spinach and feta pie prepared live in front of guests, the menu is both surprising and sophisticated. Standout dishes include Valley Red Prawns and perfectly grilled Seabass scented with fresh herbs. Meat lovers will savor the rich T-Bone Black Angus, while the more discerning palates will be captivated by Lobster with basil and bisque sauce, served over handmade pasta. The culinary voyage concludes with desserts such as Baked Cheesecake with crumble crust and the light, fruity Chocolate Pavlova with berries.
For this special occasion, Mappemonde presents an exclusive new cocktail menu spotlighting inventive signature cocktails, each offered with a corresponding “mirror” mocktail version. This curated list is created in collaboration with the award-winning Citadelle Gin and served exclusively in Maison Sarah Lavoine glassware, a stylish nod to contemporary French aesthetics.
