Through a unique interactive experience, both children and adults can explore the project up close and experience today a new way of life full of possibilities.
The Ellinikon, the largest urban regeneration project in Europe, transforming the former Ellinikon airport into a modern, open destination for all, invites you to experience today both its creation and the change it brings to everyday life. Throughout April, at the garden of Golden Hall, the Ellinikon Discovery Zone will be open—an impressive interactive space that turns exploration into a game for the whole family and brings the development projects “to life” before your eyes.
An Interactive Experience for All Ages
The Ellinikon Discovery Zone brings visitors closer to the new “smart,” green city, creating an experience that combines learning, entertainment and interactivity.
Visitors will have the opportunity to wear VR headsets and choose between three exciting interactive routes: two drone flights—from Vouliagmenis Avenue towards the sea or along the coastal front—as well as a unique route from the sea, offering a different perspective of the project. During these experiences, all major developments of The Ellinikon come to life before visitors’ eyes, from The Ellinikon Mall and The Ellinikon Sports Park to Riviera Tower and Riviera Galleria.
Exploring a New Urban Landscape
Another unique experience allows visitors to explore the lush green spaces of The Ellinikon Park through a virtual ride on an electric scooter.
As they move through pedestrian paths, gardens and open parks that are being developed at The Ellinikon, visitors will discover a new urban experience where nature meets the contemporary city. They will feel the joy of movement in open spaces and see how the area is being transformed into a unique destination for leisure and social connection for all ages.
This experience combines physical activity, visual stimuli and interactivity, offering a comprehensive view of both the present and the future of The Ellinikon.
A Space for Children
At the same time, children will have the opportunity to participate in a specially designed memory game, combining learning and entertainment through images and elements drawn from the project itself.
The Ellinikon Discovery Zone will be located in the garden of Golden Hall, in front of the playground, with free daily admission until April 30.
