On a summer evening imbued with a breeze of celebration, Zeus+Dione orchestrated an opening scene straight out of a Greek island dream. Under timeless melodies and with the artistic direction of Marios Schwab, an illuminated traditional fishing boat docked at Astir Marina’s pier. Models moved gracefully in garments reflecting the colors of the Mediterranean, showcasing a collection inspired by “Fog” (Pousi) by Nikos Kavvadias—a poetic ode to the world of seafarers, trade, the sea, and the mysteries that surround it. The turnout was remarkable, with guests from the worlds of fashion, arts, and media, as well as many friends and collaborators of the brand, making the evening a true celebration of Greek creativity. Enhancing the atmosphere were Nomade et Sauvage, who momentarily left their outdoor adventures to bring their stoves to the Marina, offering a gastronomic experience rooted in simplicity—with traditional ingredients, fruits, citrus, and an emphasis on sustainability and pure flavors.
In perfect harmony with the area’s natural surroundings, the boutique’s architectural design—by architect Nefeli Papakyrikopoulou—emphasizes a balance between Doric lines, locally sourced natural materials, and references to craftsmanship. The interior features prominently “Oasis” green marble from Tinos and “Aegean” white marble from Volos—materials chosen for their smooth texture, earthy luxuriousness, and timeless quality. The boutique showcases the latest Zeus+Dione ready-to-wear collections, along with accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, footwear, and items from the homeware line.
