The highly anticipated Nobu Food Festival returns once again, tracing a unique route across three cosmopolitan Greek destinations: Athens, Paros, and Mykonos.
Gastronomy enthusiasts will have the rare opportunity to experience first-hand the artistry of legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who will be personally welcoming guests at Matsuhisa Athens, Matsuhisa Paros, and Matsuhisa Mykonos for a series of exclusive fine dining evenings.
The journey begins on June 22 and 23 at Matsuhisa Athens, nestled within the magical setting of the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens on the Athenian Riviera. There, Chef Nobu will present refined dishes and iconic Nobu-style creations. The evening culminates with premium cocktails crafted from select spirits at the atmospheric Umi Bar, complemented by the iconic rosé wines of Château d’Esclans and the historic Taittinger champagne—all enjoyed against the backdrop of stunning sea views.
On June 24, 25, and 26, the festival moves to Matsuhisa Paros, located at Avant Mar Hotel, hosting the event for a second consecutive year. Guests will be immersed even deeper into Chef Nobu’s culinary philosophy, that of one of the world’s most influential and dynamic culinary pioneers.
The grand finale takes place on June 27, 28, and 29 at Matsuhisa Mykonos, housed within the iconic Belvedere Hotel. Over three unforgettable nights, guests will indulge in captivating flavors paired with the hotel’s enchanting ambiance. The highlight will be the evening of June 28, when a specially curated pairing menu will be served—featuring inspired haute cuisine creations harmonized with classic and timeless champagnes from the Taittinger House, in the presence of Chef Nobu himself and Eglė Simutytė, Area Manager for Central & Eastern Europe at Taittinger.
