Four Seasons Athens Unveils “Best Of” Pelagos Menu and Summer Highlights on the Riviera.

Pelagos On Tour “Best Of”

In October 2021, Chef Luca Piscazzi and his team launched Pelagos On Tour, taking their Michelin-starred restaurant to lesser-known Greek destinations in search of hidden culinary gems. Local producers and their prized ingredients took center stage in creative dishes that celebrated Greek terroir. Now, Chef Piscazzi brings together his favorite creations from the past three years in a curated “Best Of” menu.

Available until the end of September, the menu tells stories from serene Greek landscapes such as Crete, Sifnos, and Santorini. From meeting farmers and visiting wineries to learning age-old cooking traditions passed down through generations, each destination inspired both ingredients and innovation.

Set against a backdrop of Aegean elegance, with interiors inspired by cruise ship design and a scenic terrace, the 2025 “Best Of” menu is available both as a degustation and à la carte. New à la carte dishes celebrate the bright, vibrant flavors of the season.

“It’s a joy to relive our guests’ favorite moments from the past three years of Pelagos On Tour,” says Chef Luca Piscazzi. “For me, this menu is a journey of memories—from Crete to Santorini. It brings out the heart of traditional Greek cooking using seasonal ingredients—with the signature Pelagos twist.”

A New Wine Director

Enhancing the “Best Of” experience is the arrival of Jan Konetzi, the hotel’s new Wine Director. A multi-award-winning sommelier who has worked at Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay restaurants in London and led the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square Private Club, Jan has been named the UK’s Best Sommelier four times and brings over two decades of experience to the role.

After taking a break to walk 500 miles across Spain’s Camino de Compostela Norte, summit a 5,000-meter Georgian mountain, and complete a 10-day silent meditation retreat, Jan returns with playful energy and a dynamic approach to pairing wines with stories.

Summer Highlights at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens
