In the heart of Athens, inside the historic Kyriakos Pittakis mansion, Liystor tells a new story of taste.
On Wednesday, October 8, at 20:00, Liystor hosted a private presentation of its new menu, attended by gastronomy editors, partners, and friends of the restaurant, in an evening dedicated to the art of Greek gastronomy.
The menu draws inspiration from the Greek land and sea, with dishes that highlight the authenticity of raw ingredients through a contemporary, creative perspective.
Executive Chef Nikos Apostolakis, born in Crete and with experience at iconic Michelin-starred restaurants such as Boury (3 Michelin stars), Residenz Heinz Winkler (2 Michelin stars), and Celeste (1 Michelin star), signs a gastronomic narrative that combines technical precision, aesthetic balance, and a profound connection to Greek tradition.
Each dish of the new menu tells a story—from Asia Minor and Smyrna-inspired references to the urban influences of modern Athens. The experience is completed with a carefully curated wine pairing, reflecting Liystor’s philosophy: the harmonious coexistence of tradition, place, and contemporary creation.
Within this historic building, overlooking the Acropolis, Liystor continues to honor the art of hospitality, inviting guests to a culinary experience that celebrates the past while drawing inspiration from the future.
