After the late Easter Saturday celebrations, savour a traditional dinner menu with delightful Greek dishes prepared especially on this day at the GB Roof Garden restaurant on the 8th floor of the Hotel Grande Bretagne.
Chef de Cuisine Nikos Liokas invites you and your loved ones to savor the comforting traditional ‘magiritsa’ soup followed by tender slow-cooked leg of lamb and grilled cutlet with caramelized potatoes and crispy eggplant croquette with yoghurt while Pastry Chef Alexandros Koufas presents a decadent ekmek kataifi with Madagascar vanilla cream, hazelnut ice cream and a delicate jasmine blossom water foam.
