At the centre of this year’s Easter collection are the impressive handcrafted chocolate eggs, made with premium Valrhona chocolate. These refined creations of haute pâtisserie are presented in three distinctive flavour variations. Dark chocolate versions stand out for their rich textures and bold combinations, featuring homemade peanut butter with indulgent brownie pieces, as well as homemade pistachio praline with crunchy caramelised pistachios. Holy Saturday, from 22:30 to 01:00

On Holy Saturday, guests are invited to gather in the heart of the city for a festive dinner at the GB Roof Garden Restaurant. Chef de Cuisine Giannis Rokanas welcomes guests with traditional magiritsa and refined appetisers. The main course features a duo of grilled lamb chops and charcoal-grilled sheftalia, served with yoghurt and lemon-roasted potatoes. The menu concludes with a warm orange pie infused with thyme syrup, accompanied by ice cream with caramelised nuts. An ideal destination for an atmospheric dinner overlooking the illuminated city.

Throughout Holy Week, a special menu with fasting dishes and desserts will also be available at the GB Roof Garden.

Easter Sunday, from 13:30 to 17:00

On Easter Sunday, the GB Roof Garden invites guests to a sunlit setting in the heart of Athens, offering panoramic views of the city’s historic landmarks. The celebration begins with a welcome by the traditional spit-roast, accompanied by ouzo, meze and red Easter eggs. The impressive Easter buffet, curated by Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis, features traditional appetisers, magiritsa, refined salads and warm dishes from Greek cuisine. The experience is elevated with live carving stations serving lamb, kokoretsi and pork kontosouvli, freshly prepared on the spot.

The meal concludes with fresh seasonal fruits, classic Greek sweets, individual desserts and an indulgent selection of cakes in a variety of flavours. The festive atmosphere, exceptional cuisine and impeccable service create the perfect setting for family and friends to come together around an authentic Easter table in the heart of the city.
