Available in two time slots every Saturday and Sunday—1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM—Mercato’s brunch features an expansive interactive Italian buffet with impressive food stations and uplifting music.

At the live station, marvel at the famous 100-layer lasagna, a masterpiece made with freshly crafted pasta sheets, rich Bolognese ragù, creamy béchamel sauce, and layers of mozzarella topped with finely grated Reggiano Parmesan and olive oil.

This year, the spotlight also shines on the Crudo Di Pesce Bar, an avant-garde interpretation of Italian ceviche, fish carpaccio, and an abundant array of seafood, including Fine De Claire oysters, clams, and succulent marinated mussels—a must-discover oceanic masterpiece!
