On March 11, 2025, the two-Michelin-Starred and one-Green-Michelin-Star Delta Restaurant was transformed into an Enchanted Forest, offering guests—including representatives from the worlds of politics, journalism, literature, the arts, and business—an experience of unparalleled aesthetics and exceptional gastronomy.
This unique event was dedicated to collaboration, creativity, and Greek hospitality. It marked the arrival of spring by blending the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Giorgos Papazacharias with natural aesthetics and cultural elements, all within a setting of unparalleled beauty. This vision was conceived and brought to life by Ms. Xenia Chatzipetrou (Riviera Blu) and Ms. Tamara Jumaily (Amal Events) in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
As spring symbolizes renewal, Delta, brimming with freshness, creativity, and novel experiences, provides the perfect venue for hosting high-caliber events. With Executive Chef Giorgos Papazacharias at the helm, the Delta team presented six courses from the current menu—an ode to nature—where each flavor told its own story. A unique composition of textures, aromas, and tastes guided guests through a journey into the forest, where tradition meets innovation, and gastronomy becomes art.
The venue was adorned with dreamy floral arrangements by Secret Garden, while an impressive 3D mapping installation in the bar area created a setting filled with light and imagination.
VIParties curated the evening’s mystical ambiance, managing the lighting and sound installation to enhance the natural landscape within the space. Meanwhile, harpist Giorgos Miliotakis provided a mesmerizing acoustic experience, complementing the culinary journey crafted within the restaurant.
The experience was completed with a meticulously selected wine pairing: guests enjoyed Philipponnat champagne, fine wine labels, and unique cocktails. Additionally, carefully chosen spirits enriched the multidimensional experience of the evening.
