Seven leading Greek photographers present urban destinations, highlighting the values that shape contemporary urban life.
LAMDA Development presents the photography exhibition Landmarks of Connection, taking place from July 1 to 20, 2025, at the historic venue of the Former Public Tobacco Factory in Athens. Through their unique lens, seven prominent Greek photographers capture the ways in which urban destinations redefine our relationship with the city—transforming spaces into meeting points, places of experience, and human connection.
The exhibition features seventy high-aesthetic photographs focusing on how beloved city spots become vessels of social interaction. Organized around thematic pairs such as Light & Vision, Nature & Humanity, Future & Innovation, Experience & Time, Shapes & Balance, Culture & Connection, Emotion & Inspiration, the show maps how the urban landscape inspires, hosts, and unites. It is a visual narrative of everyday life—where the individual and the collective coexist and evolve.
Participating photographer: Dionysis Adrianopoulos, Yiorgis Yerolymbos, Efi Gousi, Pygmalion Karatzas, Nikos Kontostavlakis, Marianna Bisti, Ria Mort.
The exhibition offers an artistic extension of the photo book “LAMDA Development Universe“, which reflects the Group’s vision for a new urban wellbeing experience. The book’s editor and the exhibition’s curator is journalist Fotis Tsimelas.
The event is held with the generous provision of the venue by the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis.
